This vegan salad dressing is healthy and super easy to make. It is smooth, tasty, and oil-free, and can be used on more than just salads!

When I first went plant-based, I had a really hard time finding healthy salad dressings. Most dressings at the store are packed with oil and other ingredients that I don’t want in my food. This led me to stop eating salad altogether.
I’m still not a huge fan of green salads, but when I do have a salad, I pour on a bunch of this vegan salad dressing!
