This vegan salad dressing is healthy and super easy to make. It is smooth, tasty, and oil-free, and can be used on more than just salads!

When I first went plant-based, I had a really hard time finding healthy salad dressings. Most dressings at the store are packed with oil and other ingredients that I don’t want in my food. This led me to stop eating salad altogether.

I’m still not a huge fan of green salads, but when I do have a salad, I pour on a bunch of this vegan salad dressing!

    What you’ll need:

5 ingredients (plus water) is all you need to make this super easy dressing!

    • Maple syrup
    • Tamari
    • Tahini
    • Dijon mustard
    • Lemon juice

    This vegan salad dressing is:

    • Smooth
    • Tasty
    • Multi-use
    • Easy to make
    • Super healthy
    • Whole-foods plant-based
    • Gluten-free
    • Oil-free

When I say this dressing is multi-use, what I mean is that it can be put on more than just a bowl of lettuce! Here are some other examples of what you can use this dressing for.

    Use this dressing on:

    • Salads
    • Rice bowls
    • Potatoes
    • Quinoa (try it on this Quinoa Salad!)
    • Veggies (as a dressing or a dip!)

You can make a large batch of this salad dressing and use it on various meals throughout the week. Store it in the fridge to keep it fresh.
