Ingredients

  • 1 ½ frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen strawberry slices
  • ¼ cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.

Notes

You may need to add some more plant-based milk to get this smoothie bowl blended. I like mine to be very thick, so I use my food processor which works well with not much little liquid. With a blender you may need more liquid.
