Equipment

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups water
  • ½ cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup peach (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter (not coconut oil)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Drink immediately.

Notes

This smoothie turns out best with both frozen peach and frozen pineapple, however you can use fresh pineapple if that’s all you have on hand. The peach should definitely be frozen though.
If you use both fruits frozen, you may need to add a bit more water to get your blender going if it isn’t high-powered.
