Ingredients

natural peanut butter
¼
cup
maple syrup

teaspoon
vanilla extract
¼

+ 2 tablespoons coconut sugar

almond flour
Instructions
Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine everything except the almond flour in a mixing bowl.
Mix in the flour to form a dough.
Form balls using 1 tablespoon of dough per ball.
Set the balls of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Flatten the balls of dough with a fork.
Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and leave them to cool without touching them for about 10 minutes.
Gently transfer the cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely before storing.
Notes
This recipe makes about 28-30 small cookies using 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie.
