- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 apricot
- 2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon rolled oats
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
Chop the apple, strawberries, and apricots. Add them to a bowl along with all other filling ingredients. The bowl you use will need to hold at least approximately 2 cups.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the topping ingredients, but only mix in 2 tablespoon of rolled oats.
