Microwave Vegan Fruit Dessert

This microwave vegan fruit dessert is the most delicious, healthy, easy dessert! It is filled with fruit and additionally sweetened with pure maple syrup.

  • ½ Gala apple
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 apricot
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter



  • Chop the apple, strawberries, and apricots. Add them to a bowl along with all other filling ingredients. The bowl you use will need to hold at least approximately 2 cups.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together the topping ingredients, but only mix in 2 tbsp of rolled oats.
  • Spread the topping evenly over the filling mixture.
  • Sprinkle the remaining tbsp of rolled oats on top of the topping.
  • Microwave for 90 seconds.


To make a single serving, simply half all ingredients and use a smaller dish (will need to hold at least 1 cup). Mix 1 tbsp of rolled oats into the topping, and sprinkle ½ tbsp of rolled oats on top.
For a single serving, microwave for one minute.
