This pumpkin whipped cream is:

First, chill a can of coconut cream for several hours. Overnight is best.

To a mixing bowl, add 1 cup chilled coconut cream, 4 tbsp pumpkin puree, 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp maple syrup.

With an electric mixer, beat everything until it is smooth and fluffy.
