Vegan Burger Sauce

This vegan burger sauce is tangy and delicious! It is not only vegan, but also gluten-free and contains no added oil. It’s the only sauce you need on any vegan burger!

– ¾ cups raw cashews – ½ cup + 2 tablespoons water or more to thin – 1 tablespoon Frank’s RedHot Original or a similar hot sauce – 2 tablespoons sweet relish

INGREDIENTS:

– ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 2 tablespoons vegan ketchup – 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Start by soaking your cashews to soften them.

Next, add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.

This sauce is great on burgers, but you can also use it as a dip or sauce for anything else you'd like!
