Vegan Almond Butter Cookies

These vegan almond butter cookies are: – Gluten-free (made with almond flour and oat flour) – Easy to make – Made with only 7 ingredients – Absolutely delicious!

– ½ cup oat flour – ½ cup almond flour – ½ cup almond    butter – ¼ cup maple syrup – ¼ cup coconut    sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla    extract – ¼ cup vegan    chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine oat flour and almond flour in a mixing bowl.

Add the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together.

Mix in the chocolate chips.

Form cookie dough balls using 1 ½ tablespoon of cookie dough. Place on a baking sheet, then press them down with a fork.

Bake for 10 minutes.
