Raspberry Jam With No Added Sugar
Ingredients For This Raspberry Jam
- 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen) - 1/4 cup Medjool dates (tightly packed) - Water to soak dates - 2 tablespoons chia seeds - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Step 1: Soften the dates in boiled water. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
Step 2: Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Step 3: After blending, heat the jam on the stove to thicken it.
