INSTANT POT APPLE BUTTER
This apple butter is:
- Thick - Vegan - Gluten-free - Free of added sugar, yet deliciously sweet!
- 4.5 pounds of apples - 1/4 cup water - 1 tablespoon cinnamon - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Add apples, cinnamon, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, and water to your Instant Pot.
Cook on high for 10 minutes, then natural release for 15 minutes.
Blend, then heat on low-medium on the stove to thicken the apple butter for 1-2 hours. Leave the lid on, but ensure it has an air vent. Carefully lift the lid and stir every 15 minutes.
Spread this apple butter on toast, rice cakes, and more!
