PEANUT BUTTER APPLE CRISP

– Vegan – GF (ensure GF    certified oats) – Easy to make – Delicious – Sweet

This peanut butter apple crisp is:

– 4.5 cups of thinly   sliced and chopped   apples – 1 tablespoon potato   starch – 2 tablespoons water – ½ teaspoon vanilla   extract – ½ teaspoon ground   cinnamon – 2 tablespoons   coconut sugar

Filling Ingredients:

– ½ cup natural peanut    butter – ¼ cup maple syrup – ½ cup coconut sugar – ½ teaspoon ground    cinnamon – ½ cup almond flour – ½ cup rolled oats

Topping Ingredients:

Thinly slice your apples, then chop each slice.

Mix all filling ingredients except apples, then mix in the apples.

Pour the filling into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.

Mix the peanut butter and maple syrup, then mix in remaining topping ingredients

Break apart the topping and spread it evenly over the filling.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
