Easy Vegan Veggie Sandwich

This sadwich is vegan, easily gluten-free, and packed with veggies that you can substitute to suit your preferences.

INGREDIENTS

Spread hummus on both slices of bread.

Add lettuce.

Add cucumber slices and sprinkle on some ground black pepper.

Add sliced red onion.

Add shredded carrot.

Add alfalfa sprouts.

Add sliced dill pickles.

I like to add some more lettuce and sprouts before closing the sandwich.
