Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

These vegan peanut butter cookies are: – Gluten-free (they    are made with    almond flour) – Super easy to make – Completely vegan – Free of added oil – Absolutely    delicious!

– 1 cup natural    peanut butter – ¼ cup maple    syrup – ½ teaspoon    vanilla extract – ¼ cup + 2    tablespoons    coconut sugar – ½ cup almond    flour

INGREDIENTS:

In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut sugar.

Next, mix in the almond flour.

You will get a thick cookie dough.

Form balls with 1 tablespoon of dough and place them on a baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each one.

Flatten the balls of dough with a fork.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
