Ingredients

  • 1 cup of black coffee
  • ½ cup oat milk (+ 1 or 2 additional tablespoons – see note below)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Make one cup of black coffee. Make sure you measure it to be exactly one cup, then pour it into an ice cube tray and place it in the freezer.
  • Once the coffee cubes are completely frozen (which will take several hours), add them to a blender with all other ingredients and blend until smooth.

Notes

Start by adding just ½ cup of oat milk and blend. If it is too thick to drink with a straw, slowly add some more oat milk. Don’t add too much because it will be too thin and make sure you drink this frozen coffee right after making it because it will thaw and thin quickly.
