Chocolate Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk (or other plant-based milk of choice)
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add more oat milk if you don't have a high-powered blender.

Notes

I like this smoothie without any maple syrup, but add some if you want it to be a bit sweeter.
This smoothie is quite thick with just 1 cup of oat milk. Add more liquid if you can't get it blending.
