  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • ¾ cups + 2 tablespoons almond milk (or more if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.


If you don’t have a high-powered blender, you may need to add some more milk to get things moving.
