Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ banana (frozen)
  • ½ cup strawberries (frozen)
  • ¼ cup raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer that your chia seeds remain whole, you can blend all other ingredients, then stir in the chia seeds.

This recipe makes approximately 2 cups.
