Vegan Vanilla Milkshake
This vegan vanilla milkshake is made with coconut milk and sweetened with
maple syrup. Enjoy it as a healthy treat!
Servings: 2 servings
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour optional
- 1.5 cups ice cubes
Shake the can of coconut milk to ensure that it is mixed before opening.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.
Drink immediately, before the ice melts.
- Drink immediately after making.
- Makes one large serving or two small servings.
