Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour optional
  • 1.5 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  • Shake the can of coconut milk to ensure that it is mixed before opening.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.
  • Drink immediately, before the ice melts.
