This vegan cream cheese bagel sandwich is flavorful and satisfying! It makes a great lunch with a side of fries or a salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel of choice
  • 3 tablespoons onion cashew cream cheese
  • Lettuce
  • 5 cucumber slices
  • Sprouts
  • Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 4 slices avocado
  • Sprinkle ground black pepper
  • Sprinkle dried dill weed

Instructions

  • You can start by lightly toasting your bagel if desired.
  • Spread some of the vegan cashew cream cheese onto both slices of your bagel.
  • On one slice, add some lettuce and cucumber slices.
  • Sprinkle some pepper and dill weed onto the cucumber slices.
  • Next, add some thinly sliced red onion, alfalfa sprouts, four avocado slices, and another piece of lettuce.
  • Place the other bagel slice on top and enjoy!
