This vegan burger sauce is tangy and delicious! It is not only vegan, but also gluten-free and contains no added oil. It’s the only sauce you need on any vegan burger!
Start by soaking your cashews to soften them. The easiest way is to boil water, then pour it over your cashews in a bowl and cover the top of the bowl. Let the cashews soak in the boiled water for at least 20 minutes.
Add everything to a food processor and blend until smooth. I like to blend everything without the relish first, then add the relish and pulse a few times to give the sauce a bit more texture, but you could blend it all together if you’d like.
