These vegan savory stuffed dates are a delicious combination of savory and sweet. They are easy to put together and make a great appetizer or snack!

  • Start by making your cashew cream cheese using the link above. You could alternatively just use a store-bought vegan cream cheese.
  • Scoop one teaspoon of onion cashew cream cheese into each Medjool date.
  • Place chopped nuts on the cream cheese.

Notes

*You will need 1 teaspoon of cashew cream cheese per date. The recipe for the cream cheese makes about 1 cup, but you can use the extra on bagels, crackers, raw veggies or anything else you'd like! You could also cut the recipe in half to make less, but if you have a large food processor that may be difficult.
Store any leftovers in a container in the fridge for a few days.
