- 1 ½ cups canned black beans (398 mL can, no added salt)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions (loosely packed)
This dip is quite thick. If you prefer your dip to be a bit thinner, add some more water.
Keeps in the fridge for about a week.
Makes approximately 1 cup of black bean dip.
Top this dip with more scallions if desired.
