VEGAN SOUR CREAM

INGREDIENTS

- 350 grams silken tofu - 2 tablespoons lemon juice - 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional) - 1 teaspoon dill weed (optional)

To make this tofu sour cream, simply blend all ingredients in a food processor.

If you want a plain sour cream, don't add the onion and dill, but they add great flavour!

Use this tofu sour cream on baked potatoes, burrito bowls, tacos, and more!
