VEGAN GARLIC MASHED POTATOES
These mashed potatoes are:
- Vegan - Gluten-free - Oil-free - Fluffy - Creamy
Start by chopping 3 pounds of potatoes and peel 5-6 garlic cloves.
Add the potatoes and garlic to a pot and fill with water. Heat on the stove and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Drain water from the pot and mash with the following: - 3/4 cups canned coconut milk - 1/4 cup nutritional yeast - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper - 1 teaspoon onion powder - 1/4 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
Top these mashed potatoes with chopped green onion, gravy, or anything else you like!
