- 1 cup cashews - 1/4 cup water - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 3/4 teaspoon onion powder - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1-2 tablespoons chopped chives OPTIONAL: - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed - Sprinkle ground black pepper

Soak cashews for at least 4 hours, then blend all ingredients (except the chives) in a food processor.

You will need to scrape the sides of the food processor several times to get a smooth texture.

Mix in the chopped chives.

This cashew cream cheese is great on bagels and more!
