Vegan Trail Mix Recipe

This trail mix is incredibly quick and easy to make. Ready in 5 minutes and perfect for when you're on the go!

This trail mix is made with a variety of nuts, vegan chocolate chips, and dried cranberries.

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup Brazil nuts - 1/2 cup hazelnuts - 1/2 cup almonds - 1/2 cup peanuts - 1/2 cup cashews - 1/2 cup dried cranberries - 1/2 -1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips - 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Start by chopping any nuts that are too large. I chop the Brazil nuts into 2-3 pieces each.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!!

Store this vegan trail mix in a sealed container at room temperature or in the fridge.
