Start by blending 330 grams of cauliflower florets in a food processor until it is in small pieces. Then place in a bowl.

Place 1.5 cups mushrooms, 1/2 cup chopped carrot, and 1/4 chopped yellow onion in the food processor.

Process until everything is broken up.

Add all veggies to a bowl and mix with the following ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons tomato paste - 1 tablespoon tamari - 1 teaspoon cumin - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder - 2 tablespoons chili powder - 2 teaspoons paprika

Spread everything out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, mixing halfway through.
