SWEET POTATO SMOOTHIE
Making this thick, vegan sweet potato smoothie is super easy!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato - 3/4 cups plant-based milk - 1/2 frozen banana - 1 tbsp peanut butter - 1/2 tsp vanilla - 1 tbsp hemp hearts - 1 tbsp maple syrup - 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Simply blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Add more plant-based milk if it's too thick for your liking.
Enjoy this sweet potato smoothie immediately!
