PEANUT BUTTER GRANOLA
This granola is:
- VEGAN - GLUTEN-FREE - FREE OF ADDED OIL - FULL OF CLUSTERS - SO DELICIOUS!
- 1/2 cup maple syrup - 1/2 cup peanut butter - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 2 cups rolled oats - 1 cup slivered almonds - 1/2 cup walnut pieces - 3/4 cup oil-free raisins (optional)
Start by mixing everything except the raisins, then spread it evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake the granola for 25 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix in the raisins after baking.
Break up the clusters if you want, or just bite into them!
You can also pour some milk over this granola and eat it like cereal.
