CHICKPEA COOKIE DOUGH

This cookie dough is:

- Vegan - Gluten-free - Easy to make - Chocolatey - So delicious!

INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup cooked chickpeas - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter - 1/2 cup fine almond flour - 2 tablespoons cacao powder - 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips - Sprinkle of salt

Blend everything in a food processor except for the chocolate chips.

Mix in the chocolate chips with a spoon.

This chocolate peanut butter chickpea cookie dough is great as a treat on its own, or as a dip for fruit and crackers.
