Vegan Oil-Free Pesto
- 1/2 cup sweet basil - 1 cup arugula - 1/2 cup pepitas - 1/4 cup pine nuts - 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast - 2-4 garlic cloves - 2 teaspoons lemon juice - 1/4 - 1/2 cup water
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend.
You will end up with a thick dip/spread. Add more water to make a sauce.
Put this pesto on pasta, use it as a chip dip, spread it into sandwiches, and more!
