Oil-Free Peanut Butter Granola

In a bowl, mix the following:

- 1/2 cup maple syrup - 1/2 cup peanut butter - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add:

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon - 2 cups rolled oats - 1 cup slivered almonds - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes, in an even layer.

Break up the granola and mix in raisins if desired.

Eat plain or with milk of choice.

Store in a sealed container for 2-3 weeks
