CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS

Start by mixing 1.5 cups of natural peanut butter with 1/2 cup maple syrup.
Add 150 grams of almond flour.
Press the dough into an 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
In a small bowl, microwave 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter for about 1 minute.
Pour the melted chocolate mix over the dough and spread it evenly.
Chill in the fridge for 3 hours, then slice into squares!
