CHOCOLATE BANANA MUG BROWNIE

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup mashed banana - 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup - 1 tablespoon peanut butter

- 1 tablespoon cacao powder - 3 tablespoons oat flour - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder - 1-2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips
Mash a banana and measure out 1/4 cup.
Mix in the maple syrup and peanut butter.
Mix in the cacao powder and baking powder.
Mix in the oat flour and chocolate chips, then pour the batter into a mug or ramekin.
Microwave for 1-1.5 minutes, allow to cool, and enjoy!
