CASHEW BURGER SAUCE
VEGAN + GLUTEN-FREE
THIS BURGER SAUCE IS:
- Vegan - Gluten-free - Oil-free - Tangy - Flavorful - Crazy delicious!
To make, you'll need to start by soaking 3/4 cups of cashews to soften them.
Next add the cashews and the following to a food processor:
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp water - 1 tbsp hot sauce - 2 tbsp sweet relish - 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (continued on next page)
- 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 2 tbsp ketchup - 1 tsp yellow mustard
Blend all ingredients until smooth, then spread onto your burger!
