AVOCADO PINEAPPLE GINGER SMOOTHIE

THIS AVOCADO SMOOTHIE IS:

- VEGAN - THICK - NUTRITIOUS - DELICIOUS - REFRESHING

INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup water - 1/2 cup spinach - 1/2 an avocado - 1 cup frozen pineapple - 2 teaspoons lemon juice - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

To make, simply blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

TIPS:

- If you want your smoothie to be a bit sweeter, add some more lemon juice. - Make sure you use frozen pineapple for the best texture. - Don't pack your spinach too tightly when measuring.
